(Review) L'Occitane 15% Shea Butter Foot Cream

Hello lovelies,

I think I should be honest with you guys. As much as I label myself as a beauty blogger, I almost always forgot to take care of my heels. Well, "forgot" is a kinder word for me, but a less kind word would be, "care less".
*face palm*

On 16/12/2016, I went scouting with hubby for his clothes. As I walked and walked in the mall, I felt something wet. I was wearing slippers and walking in G2000. Don't tell me the floor is wet? Looked down, I saw blood "dripping" from my heels to my slippers. I was way beyond surprised. Surprised coz it did not hurt, but felt more irritated than ever as I still have wedding dinner two days later. So, I quickly googled for the best foot cream for cracked heels 2016.

One of it was L'Occitane Shea Butter Foot Cream.

So coincidentally, L'Occitane store was just beside G2000. I walked over there and quickly got myself a tube of it that cost RM125 for a 150ml foot cream.
On Lazada, it is sold for RM98 instead of RM142.

When at the store, my hubby ask the person around how long it will take to heal my bleeding heels? (Coz hubby already feels disgusted with my bleeding heels and it is not his first time seeing it, lol) The person said she wasn't sure but recommends me to put on it every night and wear socks.
Anyhow, I have quite high hope for it coz of the reviews I read.

Brand: L'Occitane

Item: Shea Butter Foot Cream
Content: 150 ml / 5.2oz
Origin: France

Rich in nourishing Shea Butter (15%), this cream with natural soothing ingredients (amica and lavender essential oil) moisturizes and refreshes damaged and tired feet.

Using both hands, apply cream with circular-massaging motions to the feet.

Not for use on children under the age of 3. Wash hands after use.

Main Ingredients:
Aqua/Water, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Heterotheca Inuloides Flower Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Sunflower Seed Oil

Eco-friendly and easy to dispense ^^ But the twisty cap is a bit hard for me to open at first. But it is great so that little kids cannot simply twist open and play with it.

On the box it writes,
"Shea butter, exceptionally concentrated in L'Occitane body care products, is the ideal beauty balm for dry or damaged skin"
Let's see how it fares?

Started using on 18.12.2016 till present.
Not a religious user.
Never wear socks throughout the usage period.
Only applied where necessary.
May have skipped at least 1 or 2 days in between usage due to laziness and late night shower.

Before and after pic

So what do you think?
I was surprised with the result and will re-purchase it on some other online sites as they offer a better deal!
Would definitely recommend it to anyone with dry dry dry heels like mine.
